Why do some BREAST IMPLANTS appear artificial?

Instant gratification rarely leads to the best result in anything we do. Breast implants are no exception to this rule.

I believe that implants that have only skin coverage are more likely to appear artificially round. They usually plainly show the edges of the implant. The fact is, there is no room under a pectoralis muscle for a breast implant. Implants that are under an intact muscle will ride temporarily higher than a normal breast,  but will settle and appear more natural with time.

Existing implants that look artificial can often be improved by revising the position of the implant to submuscular. I believe that the more you cover the implant with natural tissue (muscle), the more it will look and feel natural.
